Artist sales terms and conditions 

Postage and/or shipping: 


  • Postage within the UK

    • Each piece is dispatched in a secure cardboard box, postage tube or secure envelope with a tracked courier service which also includes insurance.

    • All orders will be sent within 5-7 working days of receipt of funds providing the order does not need to be framed or is a bespoke commission. 

    • If the item(s) you have ordered requires professional framing this takes approximately 14 working days to complete, please bear this in mind when ordering. 

    • No orders will be dispatched before funds have cleared 

    • Shipping within the UK is provided by Royal Mail tracked 48-hour service.

    • Please note that orders will only be sent once the agreed funds are received in full

  • Shipping outside of the UK 

    • If your address is outside of the UK I will be in touch with a bespoke shipping quote via e-mail. If you have any questions regarding this policy please e-mail me 

    • Please note that shipments to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and/or tax. Additional charges must be paid by you the customer. 

    • Shipping outside of the UK is provided by UPS.

    • Please note that orders will only be sent once the agreed funds are received in full

Damaged or lost orders


  • If any item arrives damaged please contact me within 14 days and please keep the item and packaging used. 

  • Please photograph the damaged item and email me and we can discuss the options 

  • A replacement will be dispatched after I have either received the damaged item or after advice from Royal Mail. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to me.

  • If your item does not arrive within 14 days of dispatch for UK and 28 days for the rest of the world, please contact me in case delivery has been delayed.

  • Items returned to me by the postal service marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.

  • I cannot be held responsible if a parcel has not arrived/is missing due to incorrect information provided by you (the customer) such as the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. 

  • The risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to the carrier.

  • For any missing items or issues with delivery, you have 28 days in which to contact me. After this point, I cannot refund or replace the missing items.


Order refunds 


  • If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

  • Refunds will be given strictly at my discretion. I (The artist) reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.


  • Copyright is retained by Hannah Pratt Artist as the author of the work(s) and must not be reproduced without my express written permission. 

  • Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings. 

  • The copyright of artwork is owned entirely by Hannah Pratt Artist. 

  • Permission to use any content must be gained from Hannah Pratt Artist via
