Captured in late summer at dusk, this piece captures the quiet transition between day and night.
I love how the fading light creates a deep, natural contrast between the vibrant sunflowers and the soft, textured clouds moving across the sky.
I shot this using an analogue camera on a roll of expired film. The age of the film adds a unique grain and a nostalgic, hazy quality to the image, celebrating the beautiful and unpredictable happy accidents that come with using vintage materials.
This image was taken using a Pentax ME Super using expired 35mm from the film industry

- Each print has been printed German Etching 100% Cotton 310 GSM paper which is acid fee and archival standard.
- The print is available in several sizes and framing options
- The print is sold unframed however framing options are also available so your print arrives ready to hang, but please keep in mind that at least an extra 14 working days will be added to the order so the print can be framed professionally.
- I usually frame the pieces in an off white wooden (please see the ready to hang section in my shop for reference) frame on a floating mount in a in a box frame with Art Glass as standard to insure the longevity of the print.
