A morning trip to a French market is a full sensory experience, and this shot captures the cool, gritty texture of fresh oysters iced down in crates. The expired film reacts to the shade of the market stall by accentuating deep, slate-grey tones and silvery highlights along the shells. The tight depth of field isolates the open oysters in the foreground, creating a moody, atmospheric glimpse into local market culture.Shot using a Pentax ME Super with expired film from 2006.
