My Space Studies are small works created using found imagery of the cosmos collected over a number of years. I use embroidery thread to put the colour back into the black and white images. 
 
This image is of a Nebula from a collection of images taken by Edwin Hubble found in a encyclopedia.
 
Details of the piece
Each Space Study is an original piece, embroidered by hand by me in my studio.
Every piece is printed on high gloss 325gsm FineArt Baryta paper which gives the image great pictorial depth and contrast. 
Every piece is printed to an archival standard quality.
Each piece measures 12cm square and framed with a generous border of 4cm (framed size approx 20cm).
All Space Studies are framed with art glass and float mounted.

Shipping details:
Each piece is dispatched in a secure cardboard envelope/flat box with a tracked courier service which also includes insurance.
Shipping within the UK is provided by Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service.
Shipping outside of the UK is provided by UPS.
