Greenwich Observatory is one of my favourite places.

It is a place where we try to map the stars and define time but it is also just a hill where people sit and have a picnic.

I captured this using my film camera in, dreamlike light that often settles over the park. I’ve always been drawn to how the sharp, geometric domes of the observatory sit against the soft, rolling grass. For me, this shot is about that connection between our everyday lives and the huge scientific history right on my doorstep.
